POC Management has a highly experienced physical security audit team including ISO27001 Lead Auditors, risk experts, and legal/regulatory advisors. Our physical security review and audit process is based on the following key steps:

• Identifying the key processes and assets at each site
• Identifying the most likely threats that could impact organisational assets at each site and concentrating on the risk reduction measures currently in place
• Recording the key security controls in place and assessing how well these controls are likely to reduce the vulnerability or likelihood of a threat materialising at each site
• Identifying weaknesses in security barriers, processes and procedures as a series of preventative measures to prevent a risk from materialising
• Identifying corrective actions or non-compliances against the physical and environmental security controls

To add value to our assignments, we also conduct a review of the environmental controls at each site given the potential scale of climate change and environmental disasters recently in the UK that could adversely affect an organisations ability to provide their key services.
